I've been charged £70.72 for NDEVOR which I didn't even know what it was until I googled it to find it was soundcloud which I installed very easily when I went to listen to a casting of a conference. I had no idea there was a cost involved & am now having great difficulty finding how to get refund or cancel. Can anyone help with this please.
