I have 4g and it won't work I don't now why is something wrong with it

It's AT&T airvoice

Hi, did you take a look in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options if Voice & Data is set to 4G or 3G. The wording could be different because I'm on iOS 10 beta, but the setting is there.

If this doesn't solve your issue, contact your carrier to ask wether or not they have activated 4G on your account and if you maybe need a new SIM card.
