Coverage is good in urban areas anything outside of that then it's useless edge until they finish upgrading towers. Customer service is excellent and helpful. Pricing.... Eh everyone's jumping on the $0.00 down payment plans.

I've used T-Mobile before and I liked their service. The only thing I felt, was that they were slow to release new devices. But, now I feel that was partially down to Apple's contract with AT&T.

Anyway, T-Mobile does seem to have cheaper tariffs...

I had service from T-Mobile years ago back in Orlando and the service, in my opinion, was great.

I get the best service from T-Mobile. Had Verizon and my service kept dropping to 3G.

Coverage/signal strength was and is dependant on location, but when you do get signal it is strong and consistent. Customer service was amazing when I had them and always helped, no questions. Pricing is competitive and great for what you get. Sadly, I had to leave them.

+1 on the coverage is dependent on location. They've been putting out more and more band 12 though (still waiting for my area, unfortunately)
But I've had no issues really

Yeah, ok, gonna revive an old thread.

The #1 "Tmobile sucks" complain on the internet is coverage. For me, Tmo has the same exact coverage that VZW has (for the areas I'm in), but for me, Tmobile is faster, cheaper and has excellent customer service.

I don't know anyone in my area who has T Mobile. Even though there are several stores around here. I take that to mean they don't have great coverage in my area. I could be wrong about that though. I'd love to try them out but I also don't want to go through the hassle of another carrier change in the last year. I just moved all my lines to Verizon. If it were just me, I'd go for it.

Tmobile used to do what they called a test drive, where they would send you an iPhone (older model) for a week to test in your area. I don't know if they still do that or not.

I was a long-time AT&T unlimited legacy customer, and switched to T-Mobile ONE last month. On one trip throughout Florida, coverage was spotty at best. Okay at the house. Nowhere close to the AT&T LTE footprint. Disappointing "E" and "4G" signal pretty often. Might go back to Unlimited Plus on AT&T - it's a tough call, because for the price, I get so much more with T-Mobile, to include a Tablet line, both unlimited (well, up to 30GB).

I've used AT&T, Bellsouth Mobility, Verizon, Sprint, and T-mobile/Voicestream/Ariel. T-mobile served me well, but that was years ago and I was in Orlando at the time. I enjoyed excellent wireless coverage in the areas I frequented.

I travel all over the country for work and so far T-Mobile has not let me down. Sure there are spots where Verizon and AT&T have coverage that T-Mobile is spotty in, though it is less than I thought it might be. As others have said, it really depends on their coverage where you are.

Had T-Mobile 3 years ago and couldn't get a signal in the greater Grand Rapids, MI area. We would get signal at home typically 1 bar but my wife couldn't get signal at work and we couldn't get a signal 2 miles from our house. So I've had to go back to Verizon even though they are more expensive.

The network is much different than it was 3 years ago. Night and day difference.

I have been with them for three years and only a few times experienced coverage issues, usually in places out in the middle of nowhere or once while inside a casino in Tunica Mississippi, but they had Wifi so I just connected to that and my phone worked as good as it would on the network.
