Enhanced Caller ID?

I added this service when I had an Android phone, and it worked well. The FAQs state that it is supposed to work on a 6 plus. I have a 6s Plus. You'd think it would work on the 6s Plus too. Well, it hasn't started to work yet. Any clue why? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Figured it out. Had to remove the feature from my plan then re-add it.
