Not really. The article originally had a selection of pics to compare, and for readers to choose the best of each series. When the "poll" closed, they were purposely removed and a link given to a new page with the same pics showing which were identified as best. You need to see the edit note at the bottom of the article:

Update:[FONT=&quot] We're done collecting votes — [/FONT]you should definitely check out the results[FONT=&quot], but we want you to know [/FONT]what[FONT=&quot] you voted for! So now when you select an image you'll be told which phone it came from.[/FONT]

I don't think that's the case. They meant to display the images and label them after selecting. Just like it says in the paragraph you quoted. In the results article, they even encourage you to take the original poll again, linking back to the original article. In other words, when they say, "now when you select an image," they meant, "on this page"!

Also, in the original article, there is an error message. It looks like a polldaddy wordpress plugin and it says "page not found." I think that's where they meant to put the images.

It's broken.
