I'm going to *assume* you're referring to Apple App Store and iTunes purchases. Anyway, all you have to do is tap on the device's App Store icon and then select "Purchased" to view all of the apps you purchased and/or installed on your device. Do the same via the iTunes apps. In regard to deleting your credit card information, check out the official instructions via the following link.
