    Hello. I have been a member or iMore, Crackberry and Android Central for quite awhile but when I try and register my passport for Windows Central I get the following Error.

    Array ( [0] => Missing Data [1] => Unable to insert user record ) Array ( [0] => )

    I also get the same error while trying to access the Passport subforum here.

    Not sure if there is a way to fix this issue or if I will have to seek alternate methods.

    Thank you.

    I've notified our tech team of this issue - we've had this reported in a couple of places. Thanks for posting, and thanks in advance for your patience!

    Sorry for the delay .... I've looked into, you have a grandfathered account which predate passport and allows you to have a dot in your username. The system won't ordinarily let you then create an account on one of the other platforms with this username.

    Obviously as a loyal and trusted member of this community I'm going to see if I can wiggle past this. Please bear with me, I may have to change your password.

    Just keep me in the loop.
    Somehow I don't really have any posts here although I have had every iPhone but the 3G & 3Gs. Somehow for the brief periods I had Android and Blackberry I posted a lot.
