How can I change my forum profile picture?

So, how can I change my imore forum profile picture?
I'm talking about profile photo of vbulletin, not mobilenations avatar.

@sbonkov - I see a different image next to your name... did you get it?

Yea I get it. Apparently, users can not change their profile photo.

If you go to 'manage profile' in the top left menu on your screen, you should be able to upload and set a new image. It's not the stock vbulletin profile image, but our own 'passport' image that we use network wide.
