Just wondering what the process entails and what is necessary to become one. I've been a mod in the past at other sites, but every site seems to do it differently. Some seem to just do a "never been a mod? Here!" or "we like you, here you go" and others have a due process you have to go through, along with some prerequisites to be eligible to be one in the first place.

Curious as to how it works here.
