Stopping Imore notifications going to Apple watch?

I am getting notifications about every 10 minutes to my Apple Watch from Imore forums. How can I stop these?

I'm sure I hit something that started it

I found it.. In the Apple watch app

Yep... Apple Watch Settings > Notifications > turn off what you don't want sent to the Watch.
