Siri doesn't give me reminders anymore when asked. Why?

Siri doesn't give me reminders anymore when asked.

Example, if I ask to remind me in 15 minutes to do something, I don't get the reminder or remind me @ 6:30 pm to do something I don't get the reminder, but if u ask for a wake up at a certain time I get that one.
This has been going on for months and don't know if it's related to an update. Oh and it doesn't matter if I'm use my phone or Apple Watch.

Try rebooting your device. I asked Siri to "remind me to drink water at 6:40 PM today" and I was alerted at exactly 6:40 PM.
