where are the girly themes/addons?

SMS Not Pink with KillCarbonPink Downloaded killcarbonpink but SMS isn't pink--keyboard, text bubbles, text icon. tried uninstalling & reinstalling, didn't help. HELP!

new to this... hi! i want this theme, but can't find in cydia! i see "themes (winterboard)" but don't see carbonpink. also, how to i apply the themes?? thx :)
