Does anyone know if Reminders can be sorted? Seems that they are in random order shown in a list. Also, I accidently hid an application while in the AppStore/Purchased area. How do I unhide the application?

I currently have the current generation of the iPod Touch that has all my contact information. When I get my Verizon iPhone, is there a way to transfer my contact information? Thanks for the help.
