App/tweak to bypass password input in lockscreen

If you are jailbroken, there are at least two apps that will disable your password while you are on your home WIFI network, or one of your choosing, work for example, and automatically enable the password when you leave that area. CleverPin is one and the other is called AutoProtect. Both work...

Cheapest site for lightning cables for iphone5?

Until Apple allows 3rd parties to make and sell Lightning products under licence, buy only from Apple. Otherwise you will just loose your money and possibly damage your iDevice.

Looking for an App similar to SBSetting. I have a 4S with ios 6.0 (still no jailbrake)

It would probably be easy to make, except you would have to submit it to Apple for approval. And then wait for the laughter to die down at Apple, so they can reject it, out of hand for use of illegal APIs, or any other reason they can come up with.

Did you upgrade from a jailbroken device to iPhone 5? Happy?

The app I miss most on IOS6 is, AutoProtect, it turns password protection off when you are in a defined wifi area, and on when you leave it. Second is SBSettings. Most everything else I can live with easily on IOS6 for iPhone. PS: My iPad3 on IOS5.1.1, won't be un-jailbroken , until a...

    Otterbox defender

OP, check the clip on the belt holder, maybe there's some left over plastic flashing, that's too rough. Maybe a nail file and little elbow grease would make it smother, and less likely to scratch. Matt, I kept my screen protector on. I have used the Otter Box Defender on...

Anybody has Edge dropping to 3G problem?

Edge to 3G switch You probably live in an area that is on the very edge of 3G coverage and RF signal strength will be better at night, but not strong enough to maintain an adequate connection. This in normal and is just the laws of physics at work. When its polling the cellphone tower it's...

    App syncing with iPhone

In iTunes uncheck the files you want off of your iDevice, sync device, and it will be removed from the iDevice. If you want to delete it from iTunes, then, go to "Apps" in the column in the upper left hand corner of iTunes and open it, then find the app you want to permanently delete and right...

    Apple Sync Notifier Error

I found this on Apple support, it works, no more error message. With Windows Explorer, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support folder. Copy the SQLite3.dll that you should find there, navigate to the nearby Mobile Device Support folder, and Paste it in...

    Battery on fully charging

Yes you may have a faulty phone or charger. But, keep in mind that the phone will charge up to 100% and then turn the charge circuit off, until the charge drops to some value, which appears to vary from device to device, then will charge back up again to 100%. So, it you leave blue tooth, wifi...

Is it possible battery issues stem from the charger?

Car charger puts out a little more current usually. And iPad charger (A/C) charges iPhone and iPod quicker than the iPhone/iPod charger, because, more available current.
