    Almost every time I open the App store I get that it cannot connect. Once I hit the ok button it will open and I can use the App store just like normal and everything works. Major annoyance...

    Agreed. I was holding off downloading keyring until I saw Passbook. Guess I will tuck Passbook away in a folder and download Keyring today.

    This is not a true statement. Check the Apple site to see and it says that the 4s can make and receive facetime calls over cellular...which would be 3g.

    That is not a true statement. There are very minor differences in what can be done on the 4s and the 5 that are software related. Check the Apple website to see those differences. Apple - iPhone 5 - Compare specifications between iPhone models.

    Wifi doesn't work

    Ipad and 4s both doing this and I have tried everything to no avail. HELP!!!
