    Ah, but it doesn't always. If a partial word in the name is not entered it doesn't show the folder. That is how I missed it. As shown in the second screen shot, it is in the business folder. But, didn't see it at first. Found it in the second page of a folder. With 8 items already in folder...

    ios 11.1.2 iphone 6s While attempting to move icon to folder, it disappeared. I have examined every screen and folder and cannot locate. Search shows app still installed. in App Store, the app shows "open" option. Have done hard reset. How do i restore the icon for this app?
