I uninstalled iTunes and all of the supporting Apple software. I renamed the iTunes folder then did a full power cycle. I did a fresh install of iTunes [curious how it's the 64-bit version but still wants to install in Program Files (x86)] and imported the movie folder. No change. :mad:
