    Cellular data not being tracked

    I last reset the data usage stats on my iPhone 6 on 2/16/17. A few days ago the data count was at 3.7GB. Now the phone is showing 0 bytes of cellular data used. The last reset date is still displayed as 2/16/17. Help! I've been unable to update to iOS 10.2.1, if that's relevant.
