If you have the money for it, go ahead! I came from an iPhone 5s as well and I just fell for the iPhone 6 right away. It looks amazing, feels great, and the larger screen really makes navigation a breeze. I have no regrets! The look and feel of the iPhone 6 really works for me :).

I suggest removing BytaFont and installing FontSwap, just to see if you like anything there. You were talking about a "boxy" font and I found C Web Font to be pretty boxy. That's a BytaFont font. =)

I'd backup the phone and do a total restore. You should try jailbreaking again using greenpois0n. Your phone shouldn't be rebooting like that. Good luck!
