    3gs JB iOS 4, AT&T carrier 7.0 file???? & tethering, Help!! anybody else notice this? Is there not a custom IPCC file? help.behm.at (sp?) profile or any other carrier profile removes the tethering option. JB users out of luck now and will have to pay the $20??? just curious... Has anyone tried...
