Try deleting previous phone backup from/in iCloud. I had this problem awhile back and had to go onto my mac and delete it from there under settings, cloud storage or other. Try here too, http://www.idownloadblog.com/2015/10/03/fix-last-backup-could-not-be-completed/

re: iOS 10 Public Beta 7 Live There was an update for it today. I think they foobar'd it.

I did reset settings as suggested in the other forum, but I find having to hold+(then)3D touch the blue arrow and it pops up into the bubble feature. Also, the location of holding down on the blue arrow I found can be touchy. Have to get it just right at times, but over time it will come natural.

I'm also getting this and a co worker that isn't on iOS 10. Their on iOS 9.3.3. It has to be something with outlook and work email account from I.T. Department lately.

I had this this week too with no watch notifications. Don't know what caused it. I just powered off / power on and watch notifications was working correctly.

I was not successful to restore iOS 9 beta 2 backup from downgrading to 9.2.1. It said file was too old or corrupted. Luckily I had photos and everything backed up to iCloud or I would have lost whatever i did from the time being on the beta programs

Re: 9.3 public beta is live! When is beta 3. I'm seeing a slight battery drain on beta 2 that I didn't have on beta 1. Checked all my apps. Facebook of course was running a little high. Deleted that and trying through the web browser to test. Only up 2 hours and already down to 93%. Doesn't...

Re: 9.3 public beta is live! Might want to check if you have iCloud Photo Library syncing all the time. Mine is off and the photos app isn't at the top.

I found on another Mac website. The last few years at thanksgiving. Apple has never released a beta/update bc their off for the holiday nor an update the week after. We shall see. Enjoy beta 4 for now.
