To my memory the Bush's are sympathetic to immigrants. I would imagine congress will be forced to act on it before then. If for no other reason then to make it their plan. Thats exactly what the president has asked. Do something about it.

As much as i liked Bill I don't like the two families for so long. Plus the amount of negativity for the Pres (as seen in this thread) is nothing compared to what Hilary will face. She has been making friends and enemies for a lot longer. At least she'd come out swinging.

That is funny because we are all immigrants, no one is a native here except Native Americans and they were almost wiped out.

But the Mexicans are too busy working those jobs Americans don't want. What do you want? For Americans to do hard labor for little pay or deport millions for some political reason? You can't have both.

They are doing the jobs you nor I want to do, so what's the issue? It seems it mainly comes down to taxes. All you have to do is let them be here legally, so they can get hired legally so they can be taxed on their income, win/win.

How can they do these things without a Ss#? Your analysis has been proven false. Illegals actually generate money for the country, the only concern of note is that they don't pay federal income tax generally.
