I also wanted to address this Best Buy people are idiots talk. My gf is in customer service at Best Buy and I honestly cannot believe the way customers treat her. If I was present I would seriously consider curb stomping some of these ***-hats just from the threats and insults to her intelligence she puts up with and at the very least, put these children dressed as adults in their places. She is beyond intelligent but she isn't an absolute techie. She will transfer you if she doesn't have the knowledge to someone who does. I want you all to remember that these are PEOPLE. They are not below you first of all and you cannot treat them like trash because you think they are beneath you. Each person, LIKE YOU, have their own product biases. These people tried to sell you a Samsung product probably because Best Buy does not make money off Apple products. They only make money off of accessories. This is business and they WANT to make money, BTW.

A little word of advice: next time you are looking for that out-of-stock product and you are rude to the salespeople, just know that if they had any inclination to double check, it is now gone. Any extra-mile they would have gone for you, is now gone. If you are going to be a ****ty person from the get-go, you are going to get ****ty service regardless of the initial competence of the employee.

Oh, don't get me wrong, my opinion regarding idiotic BB employees comes from the fact that I used to work there. While I agree with your statement about a-hole customers, the employees...most times...are no better.

I have had some very helpful employees help me out at Best Buy, but they tend to be, in my personal experience, very anti-Apple. I've had them try to talk me out of iPhones and MacBooks before, trying to get me to take a galaxy (insert whichever was being released at the time here) and a Sony Vaio, respectively. I got my MacBook from an Apple Store instead but the last two phone upgrades ended up being done at Best Buy with the mobile employees trying to get me to go in other directions.

Best Buy Employees: if I walk in with a specific make, model, storage size and color of a device I want, I'm not really interested in your sales pitch. Sorry, thanks. If I wanted to go back to android I would be planning on going back to android before I come into the store.

One time I was at bestbuy talking to a working, he pulled his phone out, and his screen saver was porn. And at the time I was only 15! I haven't been back to a BB.

I guess that you should not categorize all BB employees (or any other class/group of people), but they do seem to run in packs there. Of course I’ve had some good experiences there, too. Still, IMO, BB has more than their share.

Fair enough. Maybe not "all" BB employees. I'll still stand by those words regarding BB sales employees.

I came over to a 6+ from a Note 3. I think the Galaxy Note 4 and the iPhone 6+ are both great phones. The display on the Note 4 is the best I've ever seen, especially in bright sunlight and the S Pen is a great feature. I hope Apple will progress to a 1440 display next year, but for now 1080 is fine.

IOS is great because you don't have a skin on top of it, but I really like Android also. Try making a ring tone out of one of your songs on your 6+. You are limited to 30 sec and it takes 10 steps (anything that involves using iTunes is a pain!). Android also has a built in feature to combine your double contacts into one. I have just spent hours editing double contacts on my 6+.

It's the competition that keeps both company's sharp.

Making ring tones on iTunes isnt that hard. Same with syncing contacts, to remove doubles.
