quiet hours for gmail push on exchange

is there any way to keep email from pushing, or rather, violently vibrating at 3 AM that I have an email from gamestop?

or is turning of push email when I go to bed the only way to do this? any help would be appreciated.

I think you would have to turn off the push notifications each time.

turning off vibrate would just make an audible noise.

there seems to not be a way around this other than turn off push email each time...what a pain.

Just go to Settings - Mail, Contacts, Calenders, and then tap the appropriate account. Toggle the on/off button to turn off mail. It's that easy.
