Can't open Photos after restore

I did a restore back to Yosemite from my Time Capsule. Now, when I click on Photos, this is what I get. But iCloud photo library is fine on my iPhone.

Try this,

Go to your applications folder
Select Photos.
Right Click, and select Show Package Contents.
Open Contents.
Open MacOS.
Double click the 'Photos' item (a terminal icon)
Terminal will launch with Photos in the foreground. Switch to terminal and post here what the message says.
You can also see more report by opening Photos normally, then opening Console from Utilities in the Applications folder, and getting the output from there.
