Not sure if the patch (sorry...its an Apple....'update') has done anything I'll notice on my MBA 11" (mid-2011) - I guess Wi-Fi improvements might be the most obvious.
As is my wont, I ran the excellent Xslimmer app afterwards to tidy up some of the cra... uh, background stuff I don't need taking up room on my little SSD and it noted something like 6 OS apps that could be tweaked, so I guess those were played with in this version.

Only bit of inexplicable weirdness is that it seemed to have knocked my sound balance off. Thought I'd either blown an external speaker or the headphone port was buggered, but checking the Sound settings, the balance had been 'knocked' over to the right speaker only. Fixed.

Update went very smooth on my 15" MacBook Pro non-retina. Yosemite was terrible when upgrading...this went a lot better.

Noticing already my computer doesn't lag and show the beach ball/wheel thing every time I do something. Very happy with this update.
