There’s a new sound when changing the volume level. And the option to even play a sound for volume adjustment is now OFF by default. Turn it on in System Preferences > Sounds

There are also a couple of tweaks in the UI - specifically the brightness and volume adjustment screens, and the title bar in the System Preferences screen. The adjustment sliders do not (yet) have any transparency level, so whatever is behind them is obscured.

I haven't had any trouble with my Canon printer. I don't use it that often but I did use it over the weekend so I know I've tried it on the beta.

No issues with either printer (HP 1536dnf MFP and an HP Photosmart 6525). You holding your mouth wrong again?

Who knows. Maybe it's the printer.

I have noticed that the system is much more responsive overall! ... Seems to be running as fast if not faster than Mavericks for me, still a slight delay when typing in the URL bar of safari but that's the only slowness that I have seen so far.

I'm still getting random wifi drops. I keep opening bug reports and they get closed by Apple as a duplicate. It's been an issue for me since the first beta.

Safari crashes on launch, even if I don't touch anything. First time this has happened on any beta release. Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm assuming this is probably not the case but does Beta 5 have a new iTunes build bundled in?

RAM is one of the cheapest and most effective fixes for lag - up to a point. Generally speaking, you hit the point of diminishing returns somewhere between 4GB and 8GB. How much you got now?

Still not a huge fan of the Helvetica Neue font on non-retina Macs at this point. I am sure its a "work in progress" thing, but especially at smaller point sizes, the text can be hard to read.

Only 4GB. I can put 8 more in for under $100.

I'm unable to delete sites in keychain. I can add just not delete, also on my IOS 7 devices the Keychains don't match machines running Yosemite.
