Seems there are not keyboards for people with wrist and forearm issues that work with Mavericks on the imacs, the MS 4000 no longer works, who has a solution that is not jumping through hoops etc.

Have you tried any of the Logitech Keyboards? I have one at work for my Windows PC but not sure if it works with a Mac.

Almost all USB keyboards should work seamlessly with a Mac. If the Mac doesn't recognize it when first plugged in, it prompts you to press a few certain keys so it can determine the layout.

While that's usually the case, the MS Natural 3000 keyboard no longer works. I've tested it with 2 keyboards which work on Windows, Linux, BSD. Not sure what's changed but it's really too bad.
