Where to get a legitimate El Capitan copy?

I am now on Mavericks and would like to upgrade to El Capitan.

However, I missed out on the download and it no longer available in App Store.

I do not want to update to the latest OS as my MBP is from 2013.

Anyone know where to get a legitimate copy of El Capitan?

Maybe via Apple. Contact Apple Support and see what they recommend.
