I have downloaded Snapheal 2.9. I have El Capitian. When I open photos and click on extensions the box comes up and right had side says photos are not abled and there is nothing in the box on the left. My photos are on an external drive if that makes a difference. I have tried everything help please.

    Welcome to iMore!!!
Out of curiosity... did you purchase the Snapheal app from the Mac App Store or from Macphun? Currently the version on the Mac App Store hasn't been updated to support Photos, and I believe the trial of Snapheal from Macphun doesn't support it either. I know I've tried the Tonality trial and it doesn't support the extension feature of Photos.

I did purchase it from the App store. It also states in the description that it is compatible with photos El Capitan
Very disappointed I read many reviews of people using app and having great success.
