My iMac is running OS X 10.10.5. For quite a long time now—I don't remember exactly how long—when I delete a keyboard shortcut (in System Preferences > Keyboard), the shortcut comes back in a few days.

I've deleted m5m—Meet in 5 minutes in our spot—numerous times, but it refuses to go away. (I don't even recall if that shortcut was one that I created, or if it "came" with OS X.)

I do have iCloud syncing, but currently, this iMac is the only device on my Apple ID. I don't have an iPhone at the moment, mine was stolen about two months ago.

I would love some help in getting rid of some of my shortcuts permanently!

Attached is the exact window I'm referring to, just in case there's any confusion.
