Install Mac OS X Mountain Lion from cd onto a pc with Windows previously on it. Can I delete my Windows 10 and 8.1 completely?

Install Mac OS X Mountain Lion from cd onto a pc with Windows previously on it.

Can i delete my Windows 10 and 8.1 completely (dual boot) and install Mac os x Mountain Lion? I wasn't sure if I was suppose to post this here or on Windows Central.

Cant be done...Well not without building a hackintosh.
