How can you use Automator to automatically import pictures into the new Photos app?

As an aperture user, I had an automator workflow that would watch a folder that my EyeFi card uploaded pictures into. When it saw pictures there, it would automatically move them into aperture.

I have not been able to find a similar action for the Photos app. Is there one?

Not very familiar with Automater... could it see new files in the Eyfi directory, and in the background launch Photos and run the import functions?

That's effectively what it does today for aperture. It watches the eyefi directory and when it sees new files it launches aperture and imports them

There's a specific import photos task for both iPhoto and aperture already in Automator. Looking for something similar for photos or I do on how to build it
