First, I don't know much about Macs and their OSes, I work with Windows.
I replaced a MacBook Pro screen for a family member. After booting up, she cannot login. Screen is fine, she enters her password, screen goes white with a loading image, then screen goes back to login screen. If she purposely enters an incorrect password, the password field shakes and says the password is incorrect. We even changed her password just to safe. New password does the same thing, tries logging in, then reverts to login screen.
Any thoughts on this?
