Why am I always having issues with Safari and Firefox on Yosemite?

me and my wife are always having problems using safari or firefox.

at least 5 times a week we get a error saying safari cant verify the identity of " google.com "

it asks me if I understand the risks and when I select continue or cancel it kicks me off and says safari cant open page if i try to use google.

same issue happens with facebook.

sometimes a restart helps but sometimes it just takes a few hours.

happens on out laptops, phones and ipads on a open wifi network.

also have issue using cellular data on the road.

this has been happening for years.

cant get it resolved, please help

Does it happens with Bing search engine as well ? Do you also use "Keychain" ?

never tried bing.

never set up keychain before, is it automatic ? how do I disable it ?

i can't google anything, i get unsecure connection everytime. is this a virus ?

im stressing
