Can I go back to Mountain Lion? - Written to assist members with similar issues

I have tried myself to find the answer to this question and could not so maybe one of our Members that are really into Macs can help on this one. Thank you.

Simply put? Yes, especially if you have a "Time Machine" backup. Simply reboot your Mac in "recovery mode" (Press and hold the control + R buttons while your system boots). Once you're in recovery mode, select the time machine backup and then select the backup of Mountain Lion.
