Hide dock on Desktop 2

Updated to Mavericks. I'd like to have Photoshop take up the full screen on Desktop 2 (hidden dock) but not have the dock hidden on my main desktop. Is that possible?

Hmm.. you should be able to open up your displays in settings and set the dock to whichever one you want by moving the 'white bar' at the top around to the display which is NOT your PS one. From my use, PS doesn't go really full screen so the dock doesn't switch from screen to screen, mine always remains on my secondary display even on Mavericks.
