New some advice with restoring my Mac Mini w/ Mountain Lion

Forgive me if this is a dumb question. I have a Mac mini which came with Lion and upgraded to Mountain Lion. I am selling it and need to restore to factory. Now when I click command / r I get the recovery screen where it wants me to reinstall Mountain Lion. Now I know have to erase the hard drive first. Now the thing is I have two partitions one for the Mac OS and one for boot camp now how do I proceed on this? As far as moving back to one partition. I am fearful of repartitioning due to the mountain lion recovery maybe lost. Any help is appreciated

Use Disk Utility to remove the boot camp partition.

Ok do I just change the partition to 1 Or is there a specific way of doing so?

Or can I just remove boot camp partition before going into recovery to be safe?

Actually the proper way (according to apple) is to use the bootcamp utility to remove the partition.

I have done it both ways and either one works. However you might as well do it the Apple recommended way.
