Hey Folks,
Every time I get re-inspired to use the OSX mail client, I open it and it starts adding up thousands of old gmail messages from three years ago into the unread thread. I get that little red badge on my mail icon with a number somewhere in the thousands and I get somewhat frustrated and wind up just closing the application. What can I do to avoid this and make sure that even though I read those gmail messages, they're not popping up as new or unread? Is there a setting I'm missing? Any help would be so much appreciated.
Thanks so much,
Max
