Mac Partition software

I have an external 1.5TB USB hard drive that I have formatted for the Mac Time Machine Backups. I want to be able to resize the drive and leave about 400GB at the end, formatted as NTFS. Does anyone know of a free partition program for Mac that will allow me to do this?

Have you tried Disk Utility? It has worked very well for me when I have needed to adjust my partitions...

Yes, i agree with SnapThrow...disk utility under the partion tab you hit the minus sign.

I'm a total novice on the Mac and was able to partition using Disk Utility. I wasn't happy with my install of Windows 7 on the partitioned drive so I used Disk Utility to erase Windows and then remove partition on the drive. It's pretty simple yet every powerful.
