Please guide me to install the apps from anywhere in my mac

After unlocking the lock button in bottom left, The check mark options are disabled (non-editable) below the "Change Password" button in my MAC EI Capitan. Even after changing the password it is not enabled.

"Allow apps download from:" options also disabled. Please guide me to install the apps from anywhere in my mac. Please write me to [redacted]
