Is there a way to dismiss Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Updates without installing?

I don't need these Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Updates, and every once in a while they come up as OS X updates. Why are we obligated to install drivers or what-not for hardware that we don't have?

Can I dismiss them without installing them?
