Hi folks.

I have a simple home made DVD - not copy righted or anything like that - and I want to load it onto my iPAD.

Is there a simple way to do this?

Not interested in DVD decrypting and all that stuff because as mentioned, I shot this video myself and it is not copyrighted.

Just want to watch it and show it to friends on my iPAD.

What is the easiest way of doing this???

Thank you!

Yeah, handbrake works fine on most videos converting.
And to the Op, Handbrake doesn't handle DTS audio tracks or single VOB files. If you have a DVD-ROM with random video files saved on it (AVI, MPG, WMV, MOV, etc), Handbrake won't be able to convert these files, then maybe you could turn to App store to get some good and free converting tools.

Handbrake works but is alittle slow I use DVDfab and it is flawless and can rip DVD with copy protection I did this to convert all my Disney movies that I own and put them on my daughters iPod touch or stream them using my apple tv no more changing discs :)
