Hey, just got a new iPad, the 1g versions are a steal at the price. One problem though, my home network gets 14 Mbps down consistently on all my other wifi devices, except my iPad, where it fluctuates around .05 :-( I was wondering if there is a recent known fix, my router is an n-router and I've heard g-routers play nicer with the iPad...I could possibly sell the router and get another, but I don't want to if that's not needed. Thanks in advance for any help.

I tried a gazzilion different things mentioned on forums. Some as easy as trying to use google dns. 8.8.8.8 I think. In the end the only thing that helped me was to change my router to an airport extreme. That worked for me.

Well I wrongly assumed my firmware was updated, and following that tip I found on another site has made the experience more enjoyable. If it doesn't last I probably will be getting a new router though...thanks for the help, I'll look into that if I do the latter.
