Strange App Store issue

In the iPad section of the app store there used to be a "Quick Link" at the top right that took you to a section for iPad games. It is no longer there. When I click on the Hot Games icon (or pick "games" from the app store drop down menu) it takes me to a selection of iPhone games. I accidentally bought two iPhone games last night thinking I was in the iPad section. I can't find a way to get to the iPad-only section. Something has definitely changed in the last two days. Anybody else notice this?

I noticed recently that I can't change the category in top charts. I once selected music and it's been in the top chart for music related ipad apps ever since.
