I believe he did not say 60 days from today. He said "about" or "within" 60 days. I don't remember exactly but I remember it was not exactly 60.

I have heard March 1 I have also heard the beginning of April... Who knows

I am thinking they will need to get both versions completely rolled out before the end of May. Customers will need time to recover before the next iPhone.
