Where can I get my Apple iPad mini repaired

I was using it and all of a sudden it went off. Thinking it needed to be charged, I plugged it in. Went back several hours later and was still dead. When I turn it on it would show a battery and the charge emblem. When charger is plugged in the little charge emblem goes out but iPad will not charge.

First, try a different charger an cable... If that doesn't help... Then you can seek an Apple Store's Genius Bar... Or Yellow Pages for an Apple Authorised Service Center near you.
