Is there a way to remotely wipe my iPad Mini through the web?

I know that with my BlackBerry smartphone, using the portal website for BlackBerry protect, I can do that.

Does such a thing exist with Apple, and if so, how can I install it or use it with my device?

    Thanks,

    -Eli

If you have an iCloud account and if the 'Find my iPad" feature is turned ON on your device then yes, you can logon to www.iCloud.com, select the "Find my iPhone" option, then select "devices" in the upper left corner. This will display all of your Apple devices that has the Find My feature enabled. Anyway, select your iPad. A small screen will appear giving you 3 options: Play Sound, Lost Mode & Erase iPad. Select the appropriate option.
