Mods, you can go ahead and close this thread since I own an iPad Mini once again
and am now a hypocrite.

I'm in the hypocrite club as well. Screen does matter don't get me wrong. But form factor, size, and weight matter more in this instance. It also helps that the nonretina screen wasn't too bad to begin with. It's just text issues for me which can be solved for the most part by zooming, turning landscape, or increasing fonts. Graphics, pics, video, even comics, i don't have a problem with.
