I think it just depends on where you are located. East Coast gets shipped to from a staging area in PA, West Coast gets supplied directly from China. The middle of the US, not sure.

We still won't get it until 11/2 even though in my case it is only around 200 miles away.
Not true - I live in NYC and as I said they are being shipped from China. And I got the order in at around 3:06 AM on the 26th.

Got a shipping notification on my lightning to USB cable I ordered with the iPad. It is shipping UPS and should be here the 1st.

Nothing on my iPad mini...but track by reference via FedEx works.

Used tracking by reference and both my cover and 32gb black/slate wifi are enroute from China.

Still nothing on the tracking by reference on UPS or Fedex. The serial for my iPad mini does show up in my support portal though. My iPhone 5 came in through New York... really hoping it doesn't this time.

I'm worried about the same thing but I'm not terribly worried considering the packages are coming form the opposite direction. By Friday, the worst of the storm should be over.

HA! I have a serial number but still not able to see where my iPad Mini is at this point. I will assume, as with my iPhone 5, that it is in Alaska and then it will sit in Louisville for two days. :)

Have you tried your phone # as reference?
